12/3: 45 min cardio and strength, 75/300
12/9: 30 min cardio, 105/300
12/10: 35 min cardio and strength, 140/300
12/14: 30 min cardio, 170/300
12/17: 30 min cardio, 200/300
12/22: 30 min cardio, 230/300
12/24: 35 min cardio and strength, 265/300
12/29: 30 min cardio, 295/300
12/30: 20 min cardio and strength, 315/300 goal!
Happy to have met my gym goal this month. January will be the start of something new as I will probably begin Couch to 5K. I'm not sure what all it will entail compared to my current gym routine, and I also want to work on strength sometime this winter. I need to do it more than once a week. I can tell I've been losing some muscle lately.
We also did two long hikes this month, one 8 miles and one 9 miles. Hoping to do even more of that in 2015! We had a great year of hiking, but I can tell it will be more fun and less work in 2015 since I'm in such better shape now.
