    Happy to have met my gym goal this month. January will be the start of something new as I will probably begin Couch to 5K. I'm not sure what all it will entail compared to my current gym routine, and I also want to work on strength sometime this winter. I need to do it more than once a week. I can tell I've been losing some muscle lately.

    We also did two long hikes this month, one 8 miles and one 9 miles. Hoping to do even more of that in 2015! We had a great year of hiking, but I can tell it will be more fun and less work in 2015 since I'm in such better shape now.

  • Got my kms in. Just need 20 minutes to get my minutes in. Won't get my third goal but that's okay. 2 out of 3 ain't bad. Off to do that 20 minutes now!
  • I have not done much since the day before Christmas. Keeping up with things around here but let off the hard digging. Will resume for the new year. But I did enough to condition the body purt good.

    (I know it's a lot smaller than others' goals, but we couch potatoes gotta work at it!!!)
