  • Since I'm taking a scale break, or trying to, I am going to make goals for myself every week that are not scale related.

    This week I plan to: 1) increase my water intake and 2) increase fruits and vegetables
  • I'm a little late, but i'd like in on the challenge!!! lol I'll just start with my weigh in from this week! My goal is to be somewhere in the 140-145 lbs area on Valentines Day. This weeks weigh in on Dec 5th was 169. So I've got between 24 and 29 lbs to lose!!!

    Starting weight: 169 lbs
    V-Day Goal weight: 140 - 145 lbs
    Goal loss: 24 - 29 lbs

  • Feeling like my body is finally starting to regulate again since the majority of my finals are over! I'm eating more veggies and trying to get my water intake up, and my snacking has lowered significantly. I'm still eating a lot, but the majority of it is healthy food. Next step is just monitoring calories, and I will be back in action in no time! Will be back in the gym in T - 6 days!!
  • Hello everyone ! It has been quite a while since I've been on here but thought I'd hop back on because I had great success last time with the help of 3fc . My starting weight is 172 . My lowest was about ten pounds lighter which I gained these past two months ... Ahhhh the holidays . My goal for feb 14 is to be 159. Which is a little less than 2 lbs a week from now . Two a days at the gym will be worth it !!! Happy holidays to all of u

  • Check in time. This week was difficult, lost the least I have since I've started and was yo-yoing the entire week. At least it is still a loss!!

  • Also, my 4 pound weight gain is now down to just 2. Monday I will be back in the gym - so hopefully the last 2 will be gone by the next weigh-in (12/19). SO EXCITED TO BE BACK IN MY NATURAL HABITAT (aka - the gym!).

  • I have been a BAD, BAD dieter the last two weeks! Took an unplanned break over finals. Whoops. A very tasty break, but unplanned nonetheless.

    So anyway, back on the straight and narrow today. I think, to make things less stressful for myself, I'm going to edit my goal weight. I originally set it at 150. I think I'll move it to 155. That way I'm firmly in the 150s, and that much closer to being a "normal" weight, but I won't stress out as much over the two lost weeks and the slow start I've had.

    So I have about 10 pounds to go. I can do this!!
