  • Good morning Ladies,

    Nothing like starting the day with a good workout!

    I've been thinking about hiring a personal trainer for a while now so today I spoke with a trainer and what they offer is great. I really need to know how to incorporate weight training with my cardio workouts. I'm good when it comes to cardio but I really need help in the area of weight training.

    I have my first consultation on next Thrusday and I'm looking forward to it.

    Stats:
    Original goal: 1300 made it!

    I've been such a slacker this month, I've hardly done a thing! I know I won't make my minutes this month but I'll make sure to succeed in the next challenge.

  • Good afternoon ladies,

    We're all moving kinda slow today! It's a beautiful day here in the Washington, DC area. The weather is perfect.

    I though I better get my stats in for the day. It's been a real lazy weekend for me. I didn't do any exercising on Saturday, I just laid around the house and enjoyed the rain and quiteness in my house.

    Anyway, I won't post for the next couple of days, I have an off-site class Tues & Wed so this will be interesting. I still plan on working out around the way.

    Original stats: 1300 made it!

    +220 + 70 = 290 over goal

    To go: 90

    90 minutes by the end of tomorrow....

    Can it be done? Hmm..........

    I did 80mins of circuit training last night, hopefully I can get my butt moving when i get in from work tonight!

    Well I didn't make it this month but theres always hope for next month!

    Goal was 600 minutes. I made it to 560. Not quite an hour short of my goal. Do I feel like I've failed?

    Heck no!!!

  • Hi. I keep saying "I'll start in the morning...tomorrow morning...next week..." Familar?
    So, I'm here to make a commitment. I'm making a guess on how many minutes to start out with. 800 sound ok? I don't want to shoot too high and discourage myself.

  • I am up for another challange too. I went to the gym yesterday and did 20 minutes of cardio and then the rest weights. I was there at 5:45 in the A.M. I was there also on Thursday too. I want to go today but I think I threw out my neck lifting weights. I am afraid it will agrivate it even more.

    Oh I also went walking with my boyfriend for about 45 mintes. lastnight after dinner.
