Nothing like starting the day with a good workout!
I've been thinking about hiring a personal trainer for a while now so today I spoke with a trainer and what they offer is great. I really need to know how to incorporate weight training with my cardio workouts. I'm good when it comes to cardio but I really need help in the area of weight training.
I have my first consultation on next Thrusday and I'm looking forward to it.
