    My workouts from last week. Started the Ripped in 30 again & Friday my legs were killing me & could barely walk. I did it again on Saturday but didn't go quite as low on my squats. I also lowered my daily calories this week, so I'm looking forward to my WI on Wednesday to see how I did.

    GOAL WEIGHT 150
    WEIGHT LOST: 4.2 14% towards goal

  • I'm still here to. Just don't post very often. I need to start posting every day again. Its helps me hold myself accountable. Doings okay. Slipped up a bit but back on track. I still have 22 lbs to reach my thirty pound goal. It I stay on track I can do this.
  • I managed to get 4 workouts in last week, which for as much as I had going on is pretty darn good.

  • I am still in, I jsut haven't been posting as much. I have a wedding to go to in October in Mexico and want to look my best so I definately need to keep mup with th eworkouts and need make some serious changees to my diet

  • I decided to revise my goal. I haven't made a goal in time yet, so maybe I'm a little too ambitious, lol. If it looks like I'm going to go past it, great, but I'm not going to revise it again.

  • Hello everyone

    I am new to this forum and want to join in! Im a September baby and I plan to give my self the best gift......a healthier me! I have started eating right but havent figured out how to tackle my excercising... a have a 4 month old so Im on his time after 6 pm, so it will be a challenge. Looking forward to reaching success with everyone.

    thedolly looks like me and you are headed for the same goals and about the same height! Good Luck, we do this!
  • Welcome Lisa. It's nice to see new faces. Exercise was a bit of a challenge for me because with my work schedule I get stuck at work a little late & then need to rush home to make dinner & then who feels like exercising after dinner? So, I started getting up about half an hour earlier than usual & just doing it.

    So far I've been pretty good about it & I do have to admit that it does wake me up & I feel a LOT better all day. It was pretty hard at first because I'm not a morning person & I do love my sleep, but I'm actually at the point now where I get out of bed & don't hit the snooze button once. A miracle I believe. So you need to find a time that works for you & commit to doing it for yourself. You're worth the time.

    Here's where I stand:

    EXERCISE GOAL: Workout 4x a week
    TOTAL WORKOUTS: 48/96
    STARTING WEIGHT: 179.6
    CURRENT WEIGHT: 174.4
    GOAL WEIGHT 165
    WEIGHT LOST: 5.2 36% towards goal

    And considering that this week's weigh in fell on day one of TOM, I'm not even going to worry about not being where I need to be to hit my goal.

  • HELLO EVERYONE!
    I'll join up with you in this challenge.
    I would like to lose 10 pounds by the end of September.
    That would put me at 172 pounds.

    I have been slacking off in my dieting this year. I count calories.
    Let's see if I can lose this weight.

    I plan on swimming almost everyday for exercize, as I have an old knee injury and can't walk far at all.
    I injured the knee a 2nd time last week, but it isn't too bad. It is healing fast.
