^ This has happened with us, too. He only eats OP at dinner, with me. He eats out every day for lunch (not necessarily fast food, and he likes salads a lot, but it's still eating out and higher sodium and calories!), and still drinks beer or goes out for drinks with the guys. Yet he's now on the smallest hole on his belt. I bet if he would quit drinking and eating out so much, he'd probably drop a bunch of weight fairly quickly-- so I actually haven't suggested that until recently, as I wanted to get ahead of him on the weight loss before he started losing. Selfish, I know, but I also know it would have been discouraging/demoralizing for me to watch him effortlessly drop weight while I struggle every week.
My brother was funny (in a gross, "boy" way) last night when I saw him. he asked how much I'm down now, and I said "56 lbs. Actually, it's about 55 lbs, because I weighed in today and I'm up about 1.5lbs." He laughed and rolled his eyes and said something about how it cracks him up that my sister and I get so worked up over 1/2 or 1 lb--because taking "a good-size dump" will drop your weight that much. Typical guy.
ETA: Oh, and I just started dragging my husband to yoga with me about a week ago. I go to 2 classes a week--one is an absolute beginner class and very relaxing, the other is an intermediate class and more of a workout. I've only dragged hubby with me to the beginner class, but it was a surprise for him to see me do it pretty effortlessly while he struggled to get through the class--and I wasn't really sore the next day, but he could barely move!

Made me feel pretty good, and made me realize how far I've come since I started the yoga and weightloss!
