  • 14/20 with only 2 days left of August to go. I think I made my goal a little unrealistically this month, considering I had a trip to Australia in there and my Dad got unwell. But I'm not unhappy. I've still been losing steadily and I'll either get 15 or 16 of my 20 workouts in, depending if I take Monday or Tuesday off as I'd planned to.

  • 15/20, it's now September. I didn't make my goal but I know exactly why and it wasn't from lack of effort, it was more circumstances beyond my control. Will make a similar goal for September and this time I WILL DO IT.
  • JennieLovesKisses - How do you find P90X? A friend of mine gave it to me and I want to give it a go.... but I'm scared. :P

  • bex - P90X is great! I was so scared of it at first that I did a second round of 30 Day Shred...lol but when I started P90X I found its not scary whatsoever. You go at your own pace! You should start it!
