Mainly, if I can stick with meat/fish, low GI veggies, fats, and keep the fruit reasonable (like 2 servings a day), then I feel good, and don't feel like I'm riding the sugar rollercoaster all day. That's just how it works for me...not sure if others have had the same experience. WTG on the exercise this past week...I knew you could do it!
I need to know how to know get sooo upset when I eat too much. I splurge on regular occasions, but try to keep it to one meal or one day, at the most. When it goes into two or three days, I just feel so blah about it. I know I can get back on track, I always do but my question of the day is “how do you all deal with putting on a few pounds?” Am I the only one who goes up and down a few pounds on a regular basis.

Not only do you know how to do these things but you have the energy to do them along with your CrossFit workouts. AMAZING!

: It was leg day. Did a few activation exercises to start, heavy squats, moderate deadlifts, jump ups on the bench, running, more deadlifts, 45 pound split squats, some elliptical and a few rounds of sunrise saluations at the end. Nice to reconnect after a long weekend.
Now, just pics to hang and I'm movin' on to panic attack project. Preparing for my next cert...how many weeks are left before I'm scheduled to sit for it.
Ah, but it's a nice rainy day and perfect for digging into a text book. I might need to go into lurker mode for the next three weeks just to let you all know ahead of time. But I am here....
I just hope that I don't give myself an excuse to indulge in carbs during these next couple of weeks while I study. Why should this go hand in hand...I don't know. Must be an old demon I'm fighting here from college.
