Jacque~ Aww man, see, I didn't need to know that this coming season will be the last one! *sniff* I knew it would only be on for a set number of seasons, but I thought we had a few left!

I missed the finale last season (that was the day our power went out while I was on the treadmill) so I've been sitting here patiently waiting for the start of the new one so I can watch what happened! Come on already!!! Sheesh!!!

You're a doll! As for your calorie burn...well, I hate to say this, but you know what 'they' say--as you go on, your weight loss slows down. However, I dunno, I'm beginning to think 'they' are a bunch of quacks!

I can't imagine you burning any more calories! You workout a TON! I'll be honest, I'm not all that knowledgeable about how to figure out how many calories I'm burning--and I don't like math enough to try to figure it all out

--but you seem to be burning more than your fair share. So, when you post about your August Goals and calorie burn and deficits...you're gunna have to speak s l o w l y so my simply mind can grasp it.

I'm sure you'll figure it out though, and no matter what you plan on--I'm here for ya baby! I got your back!

So, to save you all from doing the math--from 5/31-7/26 I lost 22" and 20.4 lbs. So, as far as I'm concerned--the HIIT program was a success! I definitely loss inches off my belly and pounds to boot!
