  • Good morning ladies...As I am suppose to be reviewing BLS for recert today, I thought I would check in and go through these posts.....Congratuations to you ladies sticking with us here.....I noticed a few.....just wanna mention here...

    Katie....you are doing great....2 pounds per week seems like so little but healthy weight loss is about 1-2 pounds per week and we learn how to keep it off that way.....

    HotWings....girl how are you doing that!!!!! I am amazed....any secrets you like to share with us...amazing weigh loss......I am so happy for you....

    Jessicado...wwwooooooohhhhoooo...girl....I'm trying to keep up with you too...any words of wisdom?

    I do have to mention some ladies have seem to come and have gone...These ladies, if you happen to get back to this site and you have missed a few weigh ins, please consider returning, IT IS NEVER TO LATE to start taking care of ourselves....I have noticed a few have just dissappeared, where do they go? just wondering.....

    This site is an awsome support and I continue to look to it for support....

    I am going to add in a few more cardio sessions per week to see if that helps to speed things up. I am averaging a 1 pound a week loss so I am going to aim to lose 1.5 lbs a week.
