    Morning! I have a summer cold. I hate that. It's 104 outside and I'm sick. Ugh.

    Anyhoo:
    B:Oatmeal and coffee-176

    L: Japanese (miso soup, brown rice, salmon)-500

    D: Pork chop, rice, broccoli-341
    S: Dunno. I really dont feel like eating at all
    1113-and probably no exercising. I feel poopy.

    D: eggplant slices w/ olive oil, basil, tomato and goat cheese - 450 calories
    DESSERT: one cup of mint chocolate chip frozen yogurt (I'm soooo looking forward to this) - 220 calories

    Snack - lara bar, 1/2 banana
    D - Amy's black bean green tamale with rice, 1/2 serving dark chocolate
    Snack - strawberries, popcorn
  • breakfest vanilla yogart with a handful of blueberries and granola, lunch was rice and broccoli, 2 small peices of chocolate, a small handful of salt and pepper cashews, and finished my day with a bowl of kashi cereal.

    is this a meal plan you girls would eat to lose weight? i just want to know if this is going to work for me

    S - Protein Bar and SF Jello Pudding

    I'm spending the whole day with boyfriend, so I'm going to be tempted to eat his food but I'm simply going to say NO!
