  • 90 minutes for me today.

    i actually achieved a really big goal today! so i'm training for a triathlon, and i was terrified about the running section. but today i jogged the whole 2.5 miles! which is huge for me! i am NOT a runner! lol. so i just thought i'd share my little milestone with everyone.

    I'm going to have to make a new goal, wow the minutes are flying fast. (No pun intended! ) How does 9200 sound? So are we up to it? OF COURSE WE ARE!! I know we can do it!

    Walked 15 minutes and 30 min bike, will do more later.

  • I did another 30 minutes on the treadmill today, but I am definitely starting to feel quite wimpy compared to most of you other ladies! Dang, you are awesome!

  • Another 180 mins of walking from me and the pugs today!Hour and a half there and hour and a half back!Makes me almost happy I left my phone charger at work and decided to walk back and get it!

  • redgirl09 and her crazy workouts made me feel lazy. so i went for a 60 minute walk to my moms work to say hi in this beautiful weather!

  • I started a new video called Tae-Bo! Good golly did that hurt. It was a combination of yoga, cardio, and kickboxing. Insane! Picture this after 20 minutes I was sweating like a pig. I felt like I hopped out of the bath. I know gross! It gave me a really nice workout though!

  • Did 30 minutes cardio and 30 minutes elliptical. Had a busy day, my brother and sister competed in Academic Decathalon state competition, we had to travel far and we didn't get back until like 3 hrs ago.
