    That really goes for everyone though. Awesome job! Even if you hadn't lost any this week, I still think the support and friendliness of this group is off the charts.

    Layla, Jelbb, AS22, Jahjah, KCWMU, Bekko - I'm really proud and excited for everyone on our team. I really looked forward to what was going on in this thread all week, and I am happy about everyone's enthusiasm and excitement. I'm looking forward sharing the next three weeks with you gals!

I have to stay at work late because some other people are huge procrastinators and by the time I get home it'll be too late to do the 30DS because I don't want to do the jumping after 7 PM out of consideration for the people who live below me. /sigh I think I'll just do a longer evening yoga session, but it won't be the same. Argh.

  • I just finished the first day of 30DS! It's difficult o.O;; I can't believe how amped I am right now tho It was a really nice workout and completely different change of pace for me. I'll have to really push myself til the end of november so I can reach my exercise goal for this month. I'll go ahead and do 30DS and will go to the gym to do a little bit of cardio.

    Today's plan for me is to go ahead and come up with my meal list and go shopping again! I'll probally try to hit up a farmers market too. It'll keep me occupied so I stop having these dang munchies!

    Well...... its almost Christmas time! Does anyone have any plans? I don't have any for right now, but I'd like to have a really cute dress for new years. I never ever ever wear dresses I would like to treat myself for working so hard and buy something pretty for myself. I'm pear-shaped tho... I'd would like to say SUPER pear-shaped.. @-@ I always have such a hard time finding clothes that look good on me. Seems like those wrap dresses look nice on my body type.

    Anyways I had some time and wanted to chit-chat with you all some! I havn't really sat down to write, even tho I'm always checking up on our thread.


    OHHHHHHHHHHH yah.. fyi >-> I had a bad bad weekend :/ I party way too much on the weekends :x too much beer, too much vodka (if there really ever is such a thing) :x too much pizza and fast food.... usually I do really really well. I'm done beating myself over it.

    As for this upcoming weekend.. it'll be another big party. This time a friend will be spinning at some club, so we'll be there for that and a b-day party :x

    I need help with preperation!

    Now.... I cannot say no to the jello shots :x Thats a compromise I don't want to make They have blue flavor and red flavor >-> so good!

    I'll have to decide on some "low-cal" drinks that I can have there. Figure I'll alternate light beer with diet soda/water.

    Think it'll be ok? If I stay on plan til Friday to go ahead and drink?

  • Bekko...i just love the 30Ds...day 5 of level 1 for me..i can tell the difference in endurance...those side lunges with the chest rise at the end and the cardio punching are the hardest for me...im gonna do 10 days then advance to level 2..do that for 10days then level 3...total of 30days...yada yada...As far as the drinking...i knoe that is hard when u are out...so eat light all day then drink diet oda with alternating light beers like u said...good plan!Get a good workout in before u gout out...remember weigh in on monday which is already gonna be tight...at least for me because of turkey day and all....saving that as my cheat day!

    180.6...this am!!!!!!!!!! Yay!!! even closer to the 170s... i may make my mimi goal to be in the 170s by my daughters bday 11/30...my dad is going to be there have not seen him in over a month hoping he will notice! only did the 30ds today...good lil workout but i like to do more cardio with it...oh well there is the rest of the week!
