    243,272 - Sunday 1/13/08 - 45 min ( 30 min WYF DVD and 15 min arms and abs) = 243,227

    243,227 - Monday 1/14/08 - 105 minutes ( 90 min shoveling, 15 min abs and arms) = 243,122

    243,122 - Tuesday 1/15/08 - 120 min (GYM - 90 min cardio , 30 min weights bi's, tri's chest and thighs, 100 abs) = 243,002

    243,002 - Wednesday 1/16/08 - 50 min - (45 min cardio and abs) = 242,952
