Brandy, good for you for stopping at one brew! Yay! I don't drink at all so that one is no temptation for me... LOL good to find ONE that isn't.

Lydia... LOLOL now come on with that attitude! It will get better.. you can do this!!! But I agree about calisthenics, actually!!!

I can't help it, Dance! I hate them! hahaha I am getting better, though. I'm actually able to do regular pushups now... 5 at a time Better than none, but ow my body hurts. I only did calisthenics for 7 minutes yesterday! Geeze. I'm going to have to start doing them more often if I want them to get easier.

The bath helped, though. I feel a lot better now. Now I can actually move without wincing.

LOL I hate them too, Lydia... I hardly ever DO them. I would rather go to the fitness center and do the weights and stuff although I haven't done much of that either lately. I need to get started on something like that!!

Morning all....

Tofat.....well, yes....my main goal is to finish it, but would love to do it under 40 minutes. Right now I can run on the treadmill 3.5 miles in 40 minutes but I know the race course will slow me down. We'll see....If you had told me a year ago that I'd be in a race let alone a 5K? I would have laughed in your face!! This has given me a real goal to work towards and I'm liking that. Almost everyday, I run at the gym and use weights every other day. The difference is incredible.

So far today I've been to the gym for a bodysculpting class and a run on the treadmill. Gotta get those points in!!!

Talking

Hi All! I just spent a couple hours outside playing with Ryan! Being a goofball and running around looking like an idiot! I loved it! As adults we don't get to do things like build snowmen, have snowball fights etc without people thinking we are nuts! But when you do it with a child everyone thinks it's great!! It's really nice outside today! -12 celcius and sunny! If we were feeling better,I would have taken him to the park and done some tobbagining!! He would have loved that!Instead I tried to get him pumped up about sleeping in the trailer this camping season. This will be his first time camping and I really hope he will like it,I love it!

Well, off to get some more exercise in! I'll catch ya later!

Morning! I'm up and getting ready for church. My points were a little low yesterday but considering how different the day ended up from what was planned I'm glad I stayed on track and didn't binge. Hope everyone has a great end to their weekend.

Hi Ladies ~
I'm soooo impressed with all of you, you are doing wonderful!! I've been working and when I work I can't get online and then I spend my evenings with my family so I don't get on the computer. I think about you guys all the time though so it was nice to read up and catch up on how everyone is doing.

I've been doing good with the eating but no exercising
I gotta get better at fitting that in because as I'm sure you all do, I feel soooo much better when I do it.

I'm ready for Spring so I can get out and do my yardwork but it's snowing again today and actually, it looks very pretty. I'll be out shoveling later and probably won't think it's so pretty then.

Have a great day ladies~

Morning ladies-I'll be heading to the gym soon to get weighed and measured so I can finalize this weeks points later today. I must confess that no matter what the measurements are I am HAPPY. I wore (for the whole day, and wasn't in pain from them cutting off circulation) a size 4 pair of jeans on Saturday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My goal for my trip to Hawaii in November was to be a size 3 or 5. I definetly still have work to do with firming things up, but I am so much smaller than before!

Well, I'll post when I get back with my numbers. Congratulations to EVERYONE for their work and progress this week.

Brandy-Good job on those size 4's. That's freakin awesome. It must feel really great to see the hard work paying off. Keep it up!!

I had an awesome weekend. Pointswise anyways. Sad part is i'm sick and it's ugly outside so I don't know how I'm going to do on excercise points today. The good thing is I started Slim in 6 on Friday and am now going on my 4th consecutive day of doing it. I'm only on the first tape but once I get moving, I really get moving. lol Here's to a 70pt++++ week!!!

Good job on all the hard work ladies. You all are my inspiration, let's keep it up. Have a good day!!!
