Hi Veggie

Im sure you will have a 100 lb lost avatar, just stick with the diet. Which diet are you following? How long have you being doing it for?

I never believed in a million years i would lose all this weight so fast. Im certainly not complaining tho. Just a lil bit more and target, is there a target avatar?

Mary

Slimming world on and off I think I have lost 100 pounds whilst posting at this board but I don't think it counts when it is 50 off 50 on, then 50 off and 50 on again. I need to stop yoyoing.

I have yo yo ed for the last 7 years, done slimming world and RC.

I do love pasta so i loved slimming world. I would eat huge amounts of it mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm yummmy. But i stopped doing slimming world just before xmas and i had lost just over 2 stone and the weight loss had slowed down to 1 lb a week and i still have over 5 stone to go.

I think we all have to find the diet that suits us, as everyones different. I think i have found the one that suits me (cambridge).

Keep up the good work

Mary

I had a leaflet through today about joining the gym by me and you get a free backpack and stuff. As its on my door step im going to look into it, as this body does need some toning done.

I have long legs too, I get a lot of stuff from M&S, although Long Tall Sally also do workout stuff if you've got extraordinarily long legs! At the moment a lot of my stuff isn't full length anyway, so the length isn't such an issue. That way I can show off my lovely calves

I was actually surprised at how much thinner I looked in lycra than in my baggy stuff, I think it held me in a bit! And you can always wear leggings with a baggy t-shirt over the top if you're feeling a bit self conscious.

Exercise rocks!

I wish you'd said that about your legs a couple of days ago, then I may not ever got the stalker tag!!! LOL

I love the clothes in the window of Long Tall Sally, never ventured in, as there is no need, with my little tree stumpy legs!!!

Completely changing ths subject - I just did one of those death test things... you know when you put in all your details, statistics and it tells you the day when you are going to leave this mortal coil....

I got 5th of March 2030 I dont feel unhealthy, thought it might inspire me to be fit but now im just gloomy *mumbles about the silly internet under her breath*

On a positive side - I finally summonded up the courage to tell my beloved how much I weighed. Completely unbothered and carried on drinking his tea I dont know why I was so worried.

Ah well.....

Just done a full body workout with my dumbells in my living room! FREE WORKOUT! I like it!

Dear Fiance has been evacuated to the country, away from all the nasty bombs! We were in Cornwall at the weekend, and he's stayed on with his parents while I come back to be a wage slave!

I am going back to kickboxing tomorrow. I have been away for SO LONG! What with all this moving, and new job tiredness! Finally! I'm so excited! I want to show them my MAN PUSH UPS!

My new pilates dvd was delivered earlier, so I'm about to have a go at that and then have a long hot bath. Bliss

There's Danish Patries in the office....

I'm not having one! I'm telling you all, so that I don't cave in later! I've already bought my Mars bar for Kickboxing fuel so I've got my treat for today! I'll be tucking in to my berries, nuts and grains while everyone else is clogging their arteries with Danish Pastry! Oooh I feel so virtuous!

Then of course I'll clog up my own with the mars bar

Hi all

Skool's Owt!! Hurray, I've finally got a bit more time, the last two weeks have been absolutely manic, not only did i have all the end of year stuff to do (I work in a school, not a pupil there!!!) but our school is closing and amalgamating with the Junior's next door, which meant lots of extra work, but got it all done and now I've got 6 weeks off with my daughter - ahhh bliss.

I've only lost ½ lb over the last two weeks, but I wasn't really sticking to my diet, there was lots of choccies and goodies floating round the staff room, plus we had an end of term do, and my social life picked up and I've been out quite a bit, so all in all, I'm really pleased and have got back into this week. I'm determined to use some of this time to really kick my exercise up a notch. I've lost just over ½ stone so far, but none of my colleagues have really noticed yet, so if I lose at least that again (and hopefully a bit more) they should see the difference when I stroll back in September! that's the plan anyway

We're not going away this year we normally go to Spain or Tenerife, but we're broke this year and have spent quite a bit on our garden, so I just hope the weather picks up again and I can spend some time on our lovely new deck, won't mind so much about not going away then!!

Take care all, nice to be back, speak soon
