Vonni and Kel are you setting goals for your weight loss and working to a plan? In my experience you can't actually lose much weight without doing that? Vonni which one is right in your ticker - are you 67kg or 71? I'm a bit confused

I'm doing alright this week. I've now had six weeks in a row where I've lost something - and I'm aiming for another one.
I'm really determined to get this next 8 pounds off, and get beyond being obese - it's a huge milestone for me.
Another thing I am looking forward to - if it EVER b!oody happens - is this big tummy flattening out a bit. I'm not talking six-pack, I'm not even talking flat. Just to see it get smaller would be good. I keep hoping that it will happen 'soon' - pfft! At this rate I'll get to 70kg and still have a tummy that sticks out.
