Tracey-Sorry about you knees. Have you thought about doing any water activities? My SIL has a lot of knee and leg issues, so she has been swimming and doing water areobics because everything else is too much impact on her legs. Good luck on the exercise, I know its hard. Hang in there!
Unicorn-Hope you got some rest after that 300 miles. WOW!
sastubbs-I love Fitday. When I first started using it I was amazed by how much I was actually eating. It was almost triple the amount that I eat now. It was very eye opening for me.

lol! But really I did! I ran (accumatively I had to walk here and there) .8 miles! I am stoked! and so SORE! Today is pilates only. I'll get out and run again tomorrow. I knew my rear was gonna giggle and giggle it did
