I decided to do extra arm and leg workouts and dance aerobic as well. I have 22 miles left for the month. I plan on walking atleast a mile tomorrow. I need to just try and stretch a little longer before and after a workout.

so that makes 30.5 miles walked this month and 44.5 more to go. I have been doing the 1.5 in the morening and another 1.5 in the evening but I know that we have plans tonight I will not have time
but I will be back at it tomorrow.
