Well, I have the perfect news to make you feel hopeful and better (I hope). I actually GAINED a pound this week, and was starting to feel a little frustrated by my "lack of progress" - but this morning I dicovered that the rolls of fat that were on my back - ARE ALMOST ENTIRELY GONE!!! One small step - because I did not feel it in the rest of my clothes or anything, but now I am assured that the exercising is getting rid of the fat whether I see it on the scale or not. I know that my body is gaining muscle and just "gearing up" for the weight loss to come.
Don't get discouraged!!

We are all here to be each other's cheering section and I know that if you keep it up - it WILL happen. Right now, try and focus on your HEALTH instead of weight loss (very hard to do, i know!!) but remember that there are a million benefits from exercise for your body and mind besides just weight loss! Keep concentrating on proper nutrition and keep working out - it will happen!!

YOU CAN DO IT!!!
Update: Just finished my workout today...

Did upper body resistance training (increased my weight today) and 30 minutes of step aerobics!! Feelin' mighty good...
