Good Morning my Losing-Weight Buddies!
I am sitting here eating my morning plate of egg beaters... gosh they are good! I have always LOVED scrambled eggs this garden veggie kind is SO GOOD!
This is study weekend, notoriously when I eat myself through every store within driving distance...lets all give me lots of motivation so I can frigging survive this test without gaining 10 pounds...please!?!??!
I gained 5 over the last exam....no kidding.
The store near me makes great garden salads. I have to get a book at the library so on the way back I will grab a couple of salads. If they are all made and ready to stuff into my anxious face...then hopefully I will pig out on salad and not the cookies and others things in the bakery aisle. My house now only contains cans of veggies, low cal soups, herbal tea and chicken. I figure if its not here I cant eat it.
Thanks for the wisdom Grasshopper! I have TONS of clothes from when I lost before. If I can get to 215, I have clothes galore! I had gotten to 200 and those clothes were getting big..then of course I gained and I can get then on but geez are they tight! Just getting back into those clothes will represent an accompishment of at least getting back to where I was!
Cinisha1...yes, I check the fridge too... I may win if I can keep only healthy food in there.

Crime Girl..is it Sunday or Monday that is weigh in day? I was thinking Monday...thank goodness you are here to keep us straight! And its ok about cheating... it happens...its a fact of life... it will happen to all of us eventually... wasnt it Grasshopper who admited to eating a "brownie thing"?...oh yes but it sounded healthy, so that was good, we need healthy alternatives to fun food....but cheating is like a bad storm that overpowers us....it will happen and we have to forgive ourselves and get past it....But lets be strong people!! We have a goal here!....
Ok, I'm off to buy a bunch of salads to keep me from doing my usual " eat all the food on the planet" before a big exam.

I am glad that you found something you love that is good for you. For your study weekend I have two suggestions- 1- make sure you have an alternative to eating for those times when you really get stressed with studying and get up for a few minutes to find something else to do for a few minutes. I am not sure if you are like me but I always get frustrated and then get up and go to the fridge.
2- find something or plan something to reward yourself when you get done
The garden salads are a great idea! Keep up the great work!

I think they are lying and come next Sunday I will prove them wrong. I am thinking the pound is water from TOM. I hope so- well that will mean more weight loss next week, right?
