BUT, I've come to the realization that I need to pick a more doable challenge that will still advance my goal and I've also come to realize that it's the behavior of stopping and getting my daily peanut butter cups that is the pivotal point in my day that triggers to the decision to blow the calorie limit again (could this sentence be any longer).
