I need to just keep inching down. I've said it before, but weekends are what kill me. I'm good all week, creep down a pound or two, and then gain it all because of a few bad meals on the weekend. Fingers crossed I can stay strong.
Thesame7 - I hope your hip gets better! I've been rolling out my IT band every night, and thinking of going to get a massage this weekend (i know, don't twist my arm!)

... I feel like mine is getting better but it flares up in the weirdest situations. like right now, the more i walk on it the better it gets, but when I sit in the car for more than 20 mins, it aches and is hard to walk when i get out. quite frustrating
