    Still hovering around the same weight. Being bad on the weekends kill me. My goal is to get to 140 or even break into the 130s by the end of the month.

    Unfortunately I'm feeling a little helpless in the workout department because i have a sore hip. I ran a 10k a few weeks ago and my IT Band flared up, and in turn has made my hip super sore. Rest is pretty much the only remedy, but I'm missing my runs!! Tried a bit of bike yesterday, but it is so boring. Hopefully I'll be back in workout mode soon. Have a great wednesday all!

    Somehow, yes it is! I am super careful counting calories and try not to cheat at all. I also have a scale that only weighs to whole pounds.

    TBCourt, I've been dealing with a sore hip, too! It seems almost better but I am nervous about pushing it and having it flare up again. I hope you feel better soon!

    Vabs and KristiP, you are both so stable! And KristiP, your scale only weighs whole pounds? OMG, HOW DO YOU LIVE WITHOUT KNOWING THE TENTHS?!?!?! (just kidding!)

    I need to just keep inching down. I've said it before, but weekends are what kill me. I'm good all week, creep down a pound or two, and then gain it all because of a few bad meals on the weekend. Fingers crossed I can stay strong.

    Thesame7 - I hope your hip gets better! I've been rolling out my IT band every night, and thinking of going to get a massage this weekend (i know, don't twist my arm!) ... I feel like mine is getting better but it flares up in the weirdest situations. like right now, the more i walk on it the better it gets, but when I sit in the car for more than 20 mins, it aches and is hard to walk when i get out. quite frustrating
