5- 40 minutes of Walking
6- 45 minutes of Cardio and 30 minutes of Walking
7- 30 minutes of Walking
8- 35 minutes of Cardio, 30 minutes of Weights and 45 minutes of Walking (Great day!!!)
9- 40 minutes of Cardio, 40 minutes of Weights, 10 minutes of Stretching and 20 minutes of Walking
10- 20 minutes of Walking
11- 35 minutes of Cardio and 35 minutes of Walking
12- 40 minutes of Cardio and 20 minutes of Walking
13- 120 minutes of Walking (Does Christmas shopping count as exercise??)
14- 180 minutes of Walking (More Christmas shopping!!)
15- 40 minutes of Cardio and 45 minutes of Walking
16- 40 minutes of Cardio and 30 minutes of Walking
This is the most active I have been in soooo long!! It feels great!! I think I will meet my goal this week!!
