  • back on SB today... weighed in at 187 lbs ... earlier this year I was down to 174 but that plan was to regimented... who can live the rest of their lives with having salad for lunch and dinner, and the same breakfast every day?
  • OK, I don't know that I can say I was SB yesterday, being sick and all... not eating all my meals, etc... but I will say that this AM i am down from 187 to 184.5.
  • I had a crap weekend and haven't eaten much at all...down to 269 after being up to 273 on Friday.
  • I'm up 3.3lb since Wednesday but honestly, I'm not super surprised.

    Wednesday was my birthday so I indulged in carbs and sugar. Got back on track right after that but then had a party on Saturday. That led to some bad decisions which just led to more bad decisions. And I'm pretty sure TOM is coming up. I'm back on track today though.

    I have a weekend trip next weekend so I'm hoping that by getting back on track I can lose a few lbs for the trip.
  • I'm down 2lbs this week....however today is my bday and might indulge...we shall see....hopefully I won't gain the 2lbs back!
  • A little late with this but have been very busy. 154.4. Down almost 3 since last time.
  • I hopped on the scale and was down to 228! Which is great for me since I've moved zip since the surgery. Will wait til next Sat for the official weigh in but hoping to be down a few more by then so I can get back on track for 220 by my bday (10/17).
  • After boding around for awhile and falling sick and treating myself to lots of ice cream......... I've had enough! Time to get back on track, so I will be holding myself accountable with this thread.

    My re-re-re-starting (how many times now? LOL) weight today was 151.
  • Wow, great job everyone!

    I have to weigh in every day to keep myself motivated. Not that I expect to see a loss, but it's a good way to keep myself accountable. I try not to obsess over it and only change my tracker once a week.

    I weighed in this morning and I'm down to 179 - finally broke 180! Yay! I'm on Phase 2 now so bit nervous but trying to not over or under-do it. Thanks for the great thread!

    11.8 pounds down on SBD!
  • 153 today. 5 more to go to goal. I can almost see the 140's.
  • I was exactly the same weight today, 151. However, this is my first week of "being good", no slip ups, nothing! I am starting an exercise class 2x a week so I'm hoping that will jumpstart my weightloss again.
