Sum, Yeah!
I see we have similar tastes in food.My favourite dinner out is goat/feta cheese in olive oil on french bread appetizer, followed by salmon steak, green veggies and the only time I allow myself to have small boiled potates, often with a touch of sour cream!

Hope your back feels better today.
Surprised I'm still at 179lbs this morning as I start the calorie counting week off, considering I still feel like a bloated sausage. Sunday I had 1580 cals, only 80 carbs so much better than Saturday's 1950/145.
What I call Breakfast: nuts and dried apples & berries
Lunch: greek yohgurt and cheese sandwich
Dinner: either salmon cakes ( only like them homemade) or thin steak with green veggies and a lettuce/veggie salad.
Snacks: more dried fruit, a Temptations pudding cup.
Lots of Water throughout the day.
