  • I'd like to join. I just started my weight loss journey the beginning of last week and this would be awesome motivation for me. I love halloween and have dressed up every year for at least the past 7 yrs.
    My goal is to be able to wear something cute. Last year I was so embarrassed I wore the biggest baggiest Penguin costume I could find. So I'm IN!

  • Hi all... I have missed the past few weeks but I have kept track of my weight in a journal. I tried to update the spreadsheet but I can't from this computer. I am happy to report that I am still losing

    8/18: 235.9
    8/25: 233.6
    9/1: 231.4

    I will try to update the spread sheet if I can actually check in tonight. Congrats to all of you and keep up the good work.

    I dont look like that now. Things have changed... And I mean everything. I've had a little boy since this picture and lost and gained lots of weight. This picture is my motivation! I want to get back down to this prepregnancy weight.
  • I lost only 1.6 pounds this week ... but that's more than I was expecting. I had a few social outings this last week, and was worried about gaining after a few beers, salty snacky foods, etc.

    @Snowwhite --- girl!!! I'd kill to wear that little penguin suit at this point. But wow - the second one is rockin'!!

    We'll all get there, someday. Just keep moving forward ...
  • Sorry guys! I dissapeared! Life got so crazy! School started and the days just started flying by!

    I have pretty much not lost anything I started working out again today. I went to the gym and got on the elliptical. Honestly I was tired after walking up the stairs Back on track though and I WILL lose this! I am more determined than ever!

    So far today I have had: A smoothie with added protein powder for breakfast a piece of chicken and baked potato for lunch I had a small piece of apple pie just because I've had such a terrible day (I need to work on that lol) I also went to starbucks and had a caramel macchiato. SO far I'm at around 1,030 calories so I still have about 500 left for dinner

    I just updated my weight for the week. Looks like there are quite a few on the list who haven't updated for 3+ weeks ... tisk tisk. lol

    I did better than last week, but I need to get back to the gym. I should be able to meet my goal if I keep up this pace.

    How's everyone doing?? Do you think you're on pace to meet your goal?
