Sorry guys! I dissapeared! Life got so crazy! School started and the days just started flying by!
I will go through and look at stuff later haha
I have pretty much not lost anything

I started working out again today. I went to the gym and got on the elliptical. Honestly I was tired after walking up the stairs

Back on track though and I WILL lose this! I am more determined than ever!
So far today I have had: A smoothie with added protein powder for breakfast a piece of chicken and baked potato for lunch I had a small piece of apple pie just because I've had such a terrible day (I need to work on that lol) I also went to starbucks and had a caramel macchiato. SO far I'm at around 1,030 calories so I still have about 500 left for dinner
