Congrats on the losses, ladies!
I'm "leaving" this week, as well. I didn't exactly plummet into the 200's, but all week I've been weighing in at about 299, and this morning I was 299.6, so that counts. I no longer have a 3 to start my weight.
Allison - Way to go! Adding activity is ENORMOUS and I've found that it definitely helps keep me on target.
Lynn - That's a pound you'll never have to see again! Does not matter how fast it is, you're losing the weight. This is permanent! And you're doing amazingly well!
I'm still going to be bouncing back in to cheer everyone on!
