  • I could swear I posted this already this morning but I'm not sure where I put it since it's not here. (Oops!)

    I am down 6.2 for my first week. Was hoping for more, around the 8 area, but I think it's TOM getting the best of me. I hope I'll lose more for my second week because of this. We shall see.

  • Four weeks done
    Well, done with my first four weeks here.
    Official four weeks total: 17.8.
    I will take that.

    I am not really doing anything different from anyone else. Just following protocol and drinking what seems like my body weight in water every day. lol I think I am just lucky and a fast loser.

    I am sorry you had a bad WI this week! How frustrating! Hopefully that just means next week will be amazing. Keep your chin up! We are here for you!!!
  • I just weighed myself after 30 days. I am down 14.1 lbs. Not quite 15 lbs, but I will take it!!
  • That's awesome! It took me almost 3 weeks to lose that much. You must be pumped!!! I see you are in Ohio...so an I. The biggest city close to me is Dayton. Where are you?

  • I have realized that having 4 packets a day because I am pretty active has helped me lose more. If your body is hungry there is a reason for it. Don't starve yourself by anymeans. I think that when you are hungry (like feeling tired, rumbly) and after trying water you still feel empty, go for an unrestricted packet. My coach tells me that it doesnt matter what time I eat a restricted or unrestricted food...what we eat today is fuel for tomorrow and its all still wayy under what we are naturally burning.

    I want to hit five lbs next WI...fingers crossed.

    everyone here is such an inspiration to me. way to go everyone, losses or not we are all making our bodies a lot more healthy.
  • I am changing my mind. Yesterday was day 30, so my weigh in this morning should reflect a full 30 days on the program. As of my scale this morning I was down 15.7 lbs, so I did meet my goal of 15 lbs!!

    This is my second day on IP, I woke this morning a 2am with a splitting headache. Does tylenol help?

    I am up for the challenge, I don't know what my loss will be, but I can tell ya right now: I AM NOT CHEATING! I made that decision when I spent so much $$$ on this. lol

    Good Luck. I think I will call my coach about my headache, since I feel nausous right now.

    I felt horrible the 2nd day too. (And even a little into the 3rd day so I took it easy all day.) I started on a Thursday and by Monday I woke without even the slightest headache. This too shall pass! You can do it!
  • I have been on the program for three weeks tomorrow and am down 15.6 lbs. Yea I am so excited. This weekend has been tough because of all the parties but I have managed to stay OP so far. Hope everyone has had a wonderful Fourth of July weekend.
