Lori Bell & Lori- after i started eating better & losing weight, i had very irregular lighter periods( I had very heavy periods when I was overweight), then it just stopped. I just got it for the first time in 11mo. I started eating more calories to maintain in Sept. I think that helped. It's good to know I'm not the only one to experience this.
Well, I'm losing weight, I think I need to raise my calories a bit so I can maintain at this weight. The problem is, I really over ate today, i ate everything that I was hungry for & I didn't really care til now! I'll be gaining tomorrow!



my eating wasn't exact this week but the new job must have shocked my system ( very physical). I was on plan yesterday and plan on sticking to it the rest of the week. Just got to take it day by day and form those good habits again
