  • My goal is to be in Onderland by my birthday, which is in like 33 days. I know it'll be a challenge, and **** I may not make it, but if I give myself a deadline I know I'll atleast put my all into it. The past two days I finally started going to the gym and my boyfriend is going with me and I feel really optimistic about starting this whole thing!

  • Today, I weighed in at 224.4. That's less than 25 lbs to Onderland, so i'm jumping in here now!
  • Wow, my body really doesn't want me in Onderland!!!! I have been bouncing around 203 and 204 for a couple of weeks now! I saw 202.9 one day but that was short lived. I will keep on trying!

    I'm going to the front of the train to ask the driver to put on more coal ( hehe )

  • sitting at 206.4 and i saw a 205 on the scale!! so im on this train baby ON THIS TRAIN!
  • Thanks guys. I am doing better this evening. I walked about 25 min and plan to bike 30 later since my walk was very casual/slow.

    Oh yeah!!!!!

    Not even a point something or other! 205 even! I'm down freaking 90 freaking pounds and just five away from this train pulling into the station.
  • Finally I made it this morning! 209.8 Whee!!! Trust it to happen during a week when I'm paying minimal attention to my weight-loss except to make sure that I'm not wildly off plan each day.

    Now, for Onederland...

    ubergirl - keep at it! Hitting that next 5 pounds lost is an awesome feeling.



    I'm at 202.5 again. What keeps me sane is watching my 7-day rolling average weight change and bodyfat percentage change. Both of those are trending downward.

    I did also notice yesterday that there has been a visible change to my upper arm flab, due to strength-training. Less hanging flab, more actual arm. That's good to see. Keeps me going.
  • (ok, I totally KNOW that I shouldn't do this, but since I TMI "lightened my load" this morning, I couldn't resist stepping on the scale again....
    204!!!!!!!!! flickering to 203.8!!!!!!!!!! probably won't see that for a while, but STILL!!!!!!!)

    I am 209 this morning after 2 slight screw-ups with my eating in the last 2 days. I am also struggling with PMS bloating. I am gonna try to work off a pound or two in the next few days. I am still biking and walking and lifitng weights.
