guess i picked 2wks because the dr. said 'no running for a couple of wks'
..so i figure 2 wks is a couple

thing is i could walk on it right away - without pain.
- I'm thinking as soon as the bruise is gone - i am good to go.
I broke the same ankle 2yrs ago - so it is prone to rolling.
i am going to do 1hr+ on the elliptical daily to keep my cardio up.
