Well I weighed in
up another pound this morning at 177! I am pretty sure that means I am
up three pounds since I started this thread
I have no idea why
I am getting my miles in.....
2 or three days a week...
I would get more miles in but I have a 75 mile each way commute to work right now.....
pretty sure the treadmill in your garage gym doesn't close!
I am eating healthy for the most part.....
even had some extra helpings of that "healthy" burrito dinner a few days ago...oh and an extra pizza slice of tha healthy....
pepperoni pizza last night
I have cut my alcohol intake in half!.....
hummm...half of 6 is still 3...
I can still fit in my "skinny" pants.....
sure you can dude...but can you freakin' breath?
