    Those who can post daily are very encouraging for those of us with weak wills who need lots of support. :-)

  • Awesome urockmom!!! Makes the 3.5 miles I put in today look pretty feeble, but I'm glad I did them. Going to try to get in some miles on the bike this evening too.

  • Thanks for the support gals! I think that it is really desperation miles as I keep on going but the scale isn't moving! I am hoping that my body wakes up and says, "Oh, you wanted me to burn fat" so the scale starts going!

    AMEN!!! I am fighting the same thing.
  • I managed to get in another 4.5 miles on the bike. It's so much quicker than walking the 4.5, but I don't enjoy it as much. I'm going to try to get my walks in early every morning, and add the bike in at least three evenings a week.
