Good Morning Everyone!!
The scale was good to me!! I have a 5# loss. I was a little worried, last night my brother in law had a fish fry. I had a smoothie for breakfast and a 100 calorie snack/protien bar for lunch, trying to save calories for the fish fry. Although I don't think I went over my total calorie intake, I know I would have eaten less had I ate more during the day.
In two short hours I will be heading with my daughter's girlscout troop for an overnight camp out. I am going to pack my own meals so I can stay on track, hopefully the extra activity will offset any s'mores I eat around the campfire.

I'm not letting it get me down though. We still have 19 weeks left until Christmas, which means I have to lose #1.3 a week from now on to hit goal. I CAN AND WILL DO THIS!!! I'm dying to get into the #170's - I knw I just have to work towards it!!!
You're not seeing things! I had my screen name changed. I love the cool shades of blue and find it very serene, so I went with Blue Serenity. I decided I needed a more peaceful, calming name. My other name was "inspired" by negative feelings I was using to fuel my weight-loss efforts. I'm done with that now. I'm ready to move on!!!
Being inspired to lose weight is a good thing, as long as it's good things motivating you!
