2008 & TBL WBM Challenge Goals

  • I'll be happy with 12 pounds. That will put me at 230, my lowest weight in about 10 years.
  • I would also love to lose 30 pounds!! I think I can hit my goal in 12 weeks if I work really hard! Just...I have to work on eating right in the dorm(making time, eating breakfast, etc). Good luck to everyone and work hard!
  • Ideally? 36lbs That would put me right at 200 which would be awesome. Realistically? I'd be happy with 15lbs. Right now, I'm not focusing on an end, just focusing on today & tomorrow.

  • My goal is to make and follow weekly Calorie menus I never used to properly count my calories ahead of time, but count as I go. Then if I had anything left over, I tended to binge ops:.

    No more binging! I'm portioning my foods and counting every calorie that goes into my mouth!

    I also plan to drink more water!!

    My biggest goal is meeting Onderland I can't wait!
  • My goal is to lose 20 pounds. Its 12 weeks so this should be doable and it would be great to lose more. I'd also like to exercise more and aeat a little less processed food.

  • My goals for 2008 are:

    1. Have a better relationship with the Lord.
    2. Have a closer relationship with my kids.
    3. Reach goal weight.
    4. Get my bills and credit under control, pay off debt.
    5. Exercise 4 times a week minimum.

    That's just a start. I'm sure after I give it more thought, I'll think of more.
  • I'd love to lose 10% of my TBL starting weight which is roughly 27 pounds. 2.2 pounds/week, and probably a little on the high side. I lost 1.8 last week, so I'm a little *behind schedule*. That's ok, as long as I'm doing all I can do, I'll be happy.
  • 1.To be to my goal weight by the end of the summer if not before.
    2. To exercise at least three times a week
    3. To drink more water.
    4. To start running to hopefully do a 5k.
  • I posted goals for 2008 but for this challenge I have a few personal goals.

    1. Continue staying OP (WW)
    2. Continue following the 8 healthy guidelines (WW)
    3. Continue with the C25K program ( I started this week)
    4. Fit into my size 16's again
    5. Exercise 4-5 days a week
    6. Reach my WW 10% goal (only 12 more pounds to go - which would make 24 total)
