  • Spent five days moving, didn't track calories or exercise as I didn't do anything formal, but YES, on the scale I lost 2 lbs in a week - so MOVING COUNTS as exercise!
  • Looks like everyone is doing a GREAT job! WTG Horsey on the 2 pounds!

    Another 3 mile walk at the park this morning and still feeling good about that.

    Keep up the good work ladies!
  • 45 min on the rebounder and elliptical at my mom's house.
  • Gym dilettantism today: treadmill, bike and rower (!) for a total of 600 cals.
  • 90 mins UBWO
    2 hrs pulling weeds...
  • 40 minutes - Treadmill
    30 minutes - Strength Training
  • 11 mins treadmill (100) A warm up, really.
    50 mins FBWO (230)
  • 2.2 mile run today
  • 45 minutes - Treadmill

  • Sorry I haven't been able to join y'all for a while, I hurt my knee somehow and can barely walk. I do have a question though, I was thinking of adding an elliptical ( and iPod) to my Christmas list, since so many of you seem to enjoy them and have had results. Do they aid in giving your butt a lift? I have a wide, flat butt, and was hoping to kind of bubble it up some...Youknow, J-Lo style. lol

  • Diva...not sure about that...I've only done the ellipitcal a few times when I was going to It Figures (like Curves). Never did it enough to get used to it and find out what it works, lol. I'm curious to know too though as I plan to add one to my home exercise room.

    3 mile walk at park today and going to ride my stationary bike later, at least 20 minutes.
