Two Week POP Challenge

    Ok newby here. What is POP?
  • POP = Perfectly on Plan (Also, please read the Newbies Please Read thread at the top of the page for more acronyms, tips, etc.)
  • Ok, I am going to do this little bit at a time and just edit as the day wears on.....I am on day 2 of FF.
    Red w/o lites
    B: 2HB eggs (ew)
    1/2 c. canteloupe

    S: cucumber slices w oil/vinegar and lite salt

    L: 1 stinky can of tuna with mayo, SF gum

    S: FF friendly chili (ground beef, celery, bit of onion, bit of tomato), a little more canteloupe, diet cherry pepsi (YUM). SF gum

    D: huge salad w/ ranch dressing, FF friendly chili, the rest of the canteloupe

    I did it.......I typed my very first menu Whoohoo!!! I know, the onion is not really legal, but I didn't eat much, it was just cooked with onion. I didn't put any tomato chunks or onions in my bowl......so I think it is legal. Is that tricking myself?

    I better go to bed now

    Lunch (1S, 1P, 1Fat, 1D, 1V)
    Flat wrap w/3oz turkey breast, 1 slice FF cheese, 1T lite mayo
    6 baby carrots
    SF/FF pudding cup
    Mid PM (1V, 1S, 1 Lite)
    6 baby carrots
    90 cal popcorn
    LA Lite
    Evening (1S, 1P, 1Fat, 1Condiment, 1V, 1D, 1Fr,)
    4" pita, 1 veggie burger, 1T catsup, 1T mayo
    1/2C broccoli
    Lt Yogurt with 2T raisins

    96 oz of water
    1 diet coke

    In all honesty, the chia pet should be the loser's prize...and by that I mean the person who has the LEAST amount of POP days. Okay, that would be impossible to calculate.....or we'd probably deplete the supply of chia pets. I need to go google those things. I didn't know they even still existed. How about a pet rock?

    Good idea Joni - Maybe I will have one or two goofy prizes....Perhaps....Most Creative Menu? Best meal planner? Help me out gang!!
  • LOL...Nicole is cheering herself on...that made me laugh. You are doing a great job!!!!!

    Just TRYING to be POP is hard...you guys are all doing a fabulous job AND if you stick to it...you will be down come WI time.

    I actually own an Elmer Fudd Chia Pet...It cracks me up! There is a Scooby Doo, Homer Simpson, Shrek etc....

  • Due to being sick I haven't been POP last two days but I feel so much better so I am back to being POP tomorrow.

    My afternoon was POP but not my morning. HAHA

    Blue w/Lites

    B - 3/4c cereal (Fiber One & Kashi Good Friends mixed) (S)
    1c Almond Breeze (1/2D)
    3/4c Blueberries (Fr)

    L - 6oz tuna on 4" ww pita w/1T rf mayo and 1 slice rf cheese, melted (P,S,Fa,1/2D)
    3c lettuce w/Salad Spritzer (V,C)
    6 baby carrots (V)
    15 cherries (Fr)

    S - Lite, 1/2c grapes (Fr)

    D - 4oz pork chop grilled w/1T BBQ sauce (P,C)
    1c mushrooms, sauteed (V)

    S - Lite
    5 Kashi TLC crackers w/1 slice rf cheese (S,1/2P)

  • It's almond milk. It's sold in the same place as the boxed soy milk on the shelves. The unsweetened is only 40 calories per cup and the regular is 60 calories per cup. Here's the e-mail from the dietitian...
