sorry ladies, I don't know what's wrong with me, up down up down, mother's day kind of hit hard, but I didn't expect the gain, oh well...new week...I took a look at last year at this time, I was 182, so I have to be happy to be where I'm at, even if it's not so great compared to last week.
I know what they mean now when they say the hardest part is the last 5 pounds...over the last 2 weeks, I maintained and then lost .4 this week...I just want to lose 3.2 more! ahh!!!
ok well apparently i didn't do last weeks WI... oops. so i'm gonna include both.
last week -3.6 (WOO! except that it was all what i gained for falling off the good ole wagon for a while, HAHA)
this week -0 +0.. yup. not even a .1 move. WHICH I'M ECSTATIC about because i went way over with the TOM bingeys and mother's day/my sister's graduation. yet i still stayed the same. next week new good things!
well this weekend was trying with a family get together both days including pizza and cake at one and hotdogs and brownies at the other. but i pulled it off. hubby did not do so well. he loves pizza too much. but i still have to dance for my own loss.
OMG you guys, I can't freakin' believe this, but I pulled off a -2.4 today! I still don't understand. I increased my exercise 2 weeks ago and didn't do all that well. This week I had different foods and used more of my flex pts and pulled a -2.4! I know we're not suppose to look a gift scale in the mouth, but wow, I'm shocked, but happy!!!
I'll see where I am tomorrow, but I'm sure it's going to be a gain. So many things contributed to this...
Traveling last weekend. It's only about 2 h. 45 min. taking the way I did, but I traveled at night up and back...didn't do so hot on eating well. Then came home straight into PMS mode. I just never got myself truly on track this week. TOM started today, so I know that's part of it, too.
SO! It gives me a couple days to TRY to be better, but mostly to plan for next week and get the appropriate groceries in.
I'm going to do this thing! I doubt I'll reach the short-term goal I set a ways back. Dh's brother is getting married on the 31st, and a couple months ago (before starting WW) I had set that I wanted to be down to 190. As I'm hanging up here around 199-200 again this week, the 10-pound loss would not be a safe one.
I'll just see where getting on track again gets me.
