  • Vday, I am so happy for you! I know how hard it's been for you to get through these past few weeks. Congrats on finally seeing a loss!!!!!

    For me, I was down 0.6. Small, but a loss anyhow. Group total -7.8
  • I'm a Wednesday weigh-in...but I just found this group I dropped 3.6 pounds from the week before. Yay! Congrats to every one else's successes as well!!
  • I am 5.5 lbs down this week!

    Ladies.. that means I have lost a total of 10 lbs these past 2 weeks! I realized my pop intake was bad, but now I realize how much it contributed to my weight!

    Group Total is.... 16.9 lbs!!!!!!!!

    Well I'm the newbie around here and I had my first official weight in today!!! I guess in WW talk i'm a Monday Weigh-in..

    in anycase i'm down 2 LBS!!!!!!!!! wooohoooooo!!!!!

    I weigh myself on Friday, but I like checking to see how we're all doing.

    I was pleased after this weekend. I am still tending to take the weekends off, at least partly. So between Friday & Sunday, I ate too much fast/junk food.

    Even so, I didn't gain. Got on the scale this morning, and it was essentially the same as it was Friday, so I'm happy about that.

    Need to cut the "weekend off" days down to one instead of both, but dh, who is mostly fasting, takes off. My loss may not be as fast as if didn't take off, but I'm still losing, so I'm happy.
