160 mins for the last 4 days. I would like that to be a LOT more, but times are just too hectic to fit in much of anything extra lately. I am looking forward to next week, when I am on holidays. Hopefully then I will be able to get in some more movement.
As we get closer to Christmas, I am thinking that people would be smart to try to fit in some exercise whenever they can, to work off the extra calories they may be taking in with the special treats that are all over the place. With those extra minutes we may meet the goal of 200,000 mins for the year.
Personal Goal... 90 + 160 = 250/1200, leaving 950 mins left for December
So, I ended up not having time to get my 30 minutes in yesterday, so I was going to do an hour this morning. Well, since I'm kinda slow when it comes to math, I actually ended up doing 70 minutes instead of 60 since I added incorrectly (I did it with a combination of different WATP sessions)
