Wowee, Wowee, Wow, Wow . . . I finally got the scale to move again . . . another two pounds have gone to ugly-pound-heaven this morning and I love it .
I finally figured out what was wrong with my Excel program I use to track calories, weight, blood sugar, etc.

When I modified it to calculate calories I neglected to add back the fibre carbs. --- For tracking the glycemic impact on your diabetes you only deal with "net" carbs because fibre doesn't raise your glucose levels. --- But for tracking calories, all carbs have to be counted. Sooo, now I don't know whether to be

because I've been understating my calories by about 12.5% and now I'll have to get used to about 200 calories less, or

because now my rate of loss might speed up for a while. Whatever . . . nothing is worthwhile unless you have to work for it.
Shortrich . . . Good going, girl. Sounds like a plan has been coming together. Don't you just love it.
Susan . . . doing great on the exercise, kiddo. Keep up the good work. And "ditto" on your support-related comments. I really don't know how I'd keep it going without 3FC.
Well, got to get back to my stubborn little program re-write or I won't be able to track anything today. There's a

in there right now and I can't get the new calcs to cross-balance. But, I'll get him out.
Have a great evening, gang. Keep up the good work. Here's a little dose of

to help us all make it through the night. See you tomorrow.
