Well, I had a great start to the day, but was VERY tired after work and was even pushing my luck to actually get on the exercise bike, let alone fit in anything extra.
So... 50mins on treadmill in morning and 30mins of bike in afternoon/evening.
Personal Goal... 1520 - 80 = 1440
Group Total... 2686 + 80 = 2766
This is a great total so far. Even being a shorter month, we should be able to beat January's total.
I love seeing the numbers go up and wish I were helping more!
Work is crazy for me this week. We have job candidates coming in for 2 day interviews. There are 2 talks to go to per candidate, plus meals and individual meetings with each. It's like having company over, but at work. It is really throwing my exercise schedule off and I can't wait for the last one to leave -- Thursday! I will be so far behind in exercise by then!

6 minutes of "freestyle" dancing
22 minutes on the treadmill on "fat burn"
Hi! Got just a sec to check in now - hopefully will be back later tonight, but anyway I have 60 min to add. Wish it were more - hurt my right ankle, the tendon in the back, and even walking hurts at the moment. Trying to get some in, without overdoing it.
