  • 30 minute walk & 75 minutes of yard work yesterday
  • I walked at lunch time and again after dinner yesterday for a total of about 1 hour walking
  • Yesterday: 30 minutes walking slowly on the treadmill and about 50 crunches. My legs are giving me trouble for some reason... guess I should slow myself down (just not stop!)
  • Yesterday, cut front and back lawns with my new lawn mower!! Today ran two miles at the high school track.

  • Went for a quick (15 minute) walk this morning before it got hot.
  • 30 minute walk and 60 minutes aquacize. Boy did the pool feel good after such a hot day.
  • 30 minute walk yesterday

    Bravo to all the exercisers here- keep up the good work!
  • 20 minute run and 20 minutes biking yesterday. 40 minute run this morning.

  • 35 minutes in the pool and five in the jacuzi.
  • 30 minutes on the elliptical and back / shoulder split.

  • I haven't exercised in nearly a WEEK! UGH! I'm such a piggy! But I finally went hiking today -- 4 miles roundtrip and it was pretty steep too!
  • 1 hour of gardening today
  • Friday: 75 minutes walking
    Today: 60 minutes aquacize
  • two mile run, chest tri workout, home cardio
