  • Thursday:

    30 minutes of Pilates
    35 minutes of walking
    1 hour of Belly dancing
  • Friday- 30 minutes of Pilates
    Saturday- 30 minutes of Bellydancing, 20 minute walk, walking all day at a convention
  • 40 minute workout at the gym.
  • one hour walking outside. my calves my calves. lol
  • Walk at lunch even though it was freezing. And about 2 hours of clapping, dancing, bouncing, stomping, etc. from yesterday's concert.
  • Monday

    60 minutes of walking, 30 minutes of pilates
  • 2 mile WATP. ( i think i found my new addiction )
  • 30 mins walking in the park...really have to time it good, to get there before all the soccer practices
  • 90 minutes of yoga.
  • Today we finished the garage so we could get the car in. Moved a buncha stuff around and more up into the attic. THEN...came inside and did more work on the living room re-organization project. Put the huge mirror up, fixed the giant Philodendren plant I have to drape over it, then started putting the photos and knick nacks back. Purged over ½ of them into the sale bin!! YAY!! Worked on it for about 3 hours so I'm pooped!! Goal for tomorrow: Finish it all up and take pics!! All of this running back and forth is great exercise!!
  • Tuesday:

    30 minutes of pilates
    60 minutes of walking

  • Wednesday

    Bowling Night!

    My exercise was finishing the living room!! This is great when we do these types of things...I get organized, things get clean, and I get exercise!! What more could a person ask for???
  • Worked my way up to 21 minutes on my GAZELLE

    Also did Hand Weights & OxYcise. Starting to lose

    POUNDS : & some inches!
