08: 233.4 (once this keto flu is over I will start regular exercising)
09: 232.1 (first trace of ketones today - very light pink)
10: 231.4 (trace of ketones continues.. but hunger has drastically subsided)
11: 231.6 (slight gain but my body is recovering from the heavy exercise. I am taking a break today)
12:230.8 (but a bit constipated. Today is the end of my first week on keto, I will be sure to include a lot more cruciferous veggies in my diet next week. I feel a lot more alert but I need to work on going to sleep a bit earlier)
13: 229.4 (will be starting intermittent fasting today - will have some "bulletproof" green tea since I don't like coffee.))

Meal prep today! I will break my fast around 3, so let's see how it goes. Also, I will be meal prepping today and on the menu is paprika chicken legs and thighs, steamed broccoli & cauliflower, grilled salmon in lemon & butter, salad leaf mix with simple vinaigrette (as lunch/dinner), garlic parmesan chicken wings & macadamia nuts (as snacks), peanut smoothie, eggs with veggies (as breakfast).
In terms of how I feel, I am a lot more alert when I wake up in the morning. Within a minute of opening my eyes, I am ready to start my day. My tummy has gone down significantly but my boobs have increased a bit and are slightly sore. I did some poking around and found out that its because of my hormones adjusting to the change. I'll continue to drink water and eat more cruciferous veggies and observe what happens. I'm starting intermittent fasting today and will break my fast around 3 with the usual omelet with veggies. I am trying 16-18 hours fasting with 6-8 hours feeding, let's see how that goes. I have 1310 calories to consume, so I should be okay.
