  • Good news/so-so news: off prednisone finally but have to stop working out for a while - Achilles tendinitis - working out on the elliptical anyway - I'm going to look at strength training (upper body) !! Like baby girl says "really going to have to watch what you eat now" - out of the mouths of babes! Right!! Well onward and downward!! Best wishes for an on-plan day!!
