  • I'm trying something that is brand new at my gym tonight -- they are starting a running "class". I'm worried about the pace of the group -- i've run for a long time, but i normally prefer to run alone at my own pace that i think is slower then a lot of experienced runners.... Tonight's class should be fine though as it is a 1 Kilometer run to a park to do running drills -- i can't be left too far behind!!!

  • gardenerjoy - Glad to hear that my english is good enough; it's been many years since the last time i've been to England! I just realized that you measure your weight in kgs instead of lbs and i might just do that because in Brazil we never ever use pounds! I've been converting my weight in kg to lbs every time i post. I just figured that it was one of those unspoken norms of the forum (silly me).

    Changing from lbs to kgs:
    Start weight: 87,4
    Goal weight: 84,4

    7/01 = 87,4
    7/06 = 86,6
    7/07 = 86,9

    So my goal is to eliminate 3kgs. I should have used kgs from the start... it sounds much more tangible now!

    Hope to see some results. I need help to stop eating at night, a bad habit that my mother passed down to me.

    Planning on walking minimum 30 minutes per day. Got to Get moving!!

    Hmm. Exactly the weight I was last Tuesday, the day after my first fast of the week. Should be interesting to see how the week progresses!
