  • Well, I'm only down 1#, sigh, but I guess it's better than nothing. At the rate I'm going I won't be able to reach goal by the end of the challenge. I am 15# away from being able to fit into a whole wardrobe of clothes I have packed away.

    Had an awesome loss of 3 pounds this week!! Put me at 10lbs so far for this challenge, and 19 overall. Really looking forward to crossing that 20lb total loss next weigh-in! Those little chickie avatars keep me motivated. LOL

    I am at the halfway point right now of when I started this challenge... so 12 pounds to go. I'm a little short of where I should be, but still going for it. 5 weeks, 12 pounds... I am ready to do this!
    If I get into a pair of shorts this summer that will be major!! I have been living in capris for a long time and have a bunch of shorts just waiting in my drawer to come out and play again!

    Doctor took me off all meds including my thyroid and hormone meds. I gained 13 lbs in a little over a week.
    I am back down to where I was 300 lbs and looking forward to seeing the 200's which I have not seen since 2006.
  • I didnt weigh myself last Friday, and I feel like I hibernated? I cant figure out where that week went at all. I dont remember anything except knowing I didnt exercise, or eat as well as I should have. I didnt fall completely off the wagon and I snuck a weigh-in yesterday and I didnt gain aything. In fact there was a good pound lost I havent recorded it because my official weigh-in is Friday.. So, why am I so hard on myself still? I cannot seem to forgive myself.

    Under the moon - know that you are WORTH forgiveness. It is so hard to be kind to ourselves sometimes. you're here, and amazing!

    I've (seemingly) survived a bout with a very nasty stomach flu. I went back to the gym today (light workout) and I'm really hoping for a good WI tomorrow!

    I was 189.4 so it was a 1.8 pound loss in 2 weeks..ugh I took one cheat day (my birthday) and turned it into a week long thing

    Rose Great work, Rose!! So frustrating sometimes how you just want to be 'normal' and enjoy a birthday or something and it becomes a whole throw you off kinda thing! AH!! Looks like you're doing great though!

    dcapulet You're cruising along!!! I will see how my weigh-in is tomorrow morning and figure out what's left. Still sticking with original goal so far to be 214 at the end, I was 226 last week. I have high hopes this week.. I couldn't have been more on-plan. LOL And I walked a 5K yesterday and this morning on top of my other stuff. So hoping to roll another 3 like last week before TOM affects things next!

    UnderTheMoon Hope you had a decent weigh-in and a better week this week. Definitely forgive yourself!! That is the single most destructive habit of mine... punishing myself for a day of poor choices and before I know it I am derailed for days, weeks, months, even years. It's something I am very mindful of this time around so I can stop the cycle... and also why I give myself a 'cheat day' every week. Hang in there!
