Hi folks
Well, I went to see massage therapist yesterday and my leg is doing much better. Its funny I was really stressed last week and i think kinda running out my emotions.... and she said that calf muscles are connected to adrenals... makes so much sense... I like stuff like that. I was actually able to hike a little yesterday and its ok to take a little break from running. I also did some pilates yesterday. Figured if I can't run, I can do other stuff. Not letting it get me down. THanks for all the support
So as far as goals, Ive increased meditation, altho not doing it perfectly (forgot again ystrdy), Im drinking lots of water most days, taking vitimans, exercising 5 or 6 days and not getting discouraged, and my food has been really good! plus supporting others...
