Northern: I do the same thing!! It makes me feel much better!! Plus, the way I see it (and I'm careful with this thinking), it didn't take one day of bad food to gain all the weight I did. One or 2 days here or there is fine. It's when it turns into a week, then a month..then a year...and down from there!

cool runnings c25k As for getting clearance, this is a gradual program that you take at your own pace. It has an outline for 9 weeks, but if it takes you longer, that's just fine. I used to try to jog on my own, but it didn't work because I'd do too much and then end up in pain. Also, make sure you get decent running shoes.
Nibbles: I think we'd call that a little whoosh!! It does pay off to keep on track!
As for me: I'm back to normal with eating today, which feels good! I did w5d2 and I have to say it went REALLY well!! I jogged 8 minutes at one time!! I never thought I could do it!!

Wednesday will be jog for 20 mins...I'm pretty nervous, but I think I'm ready. (At least I hope so).
